Features of the programme

- An independent IP scheduling and switching system is deployed at each level of the hub center. A single point platform failure does not affect the normal operation of other points, reducing risk.

- The maintenance personnel of the communication system maintain the existing architecture, and the personnel at all levels maintain the equipment of the bureau with clear division of labor and clear responsibilities; in view of the administrative hierarchy of provin-ces and cities, the maintenance is carried out independently at different levels, and the provincial bureau and local bureaus adopt network management subsystems to reduce the risk of major maintenan-ce.
